The Grandton Model was designed to enable you to remain in control of your future. You’ve lived your own life for decades, why stop now? As a resident, you have autonomy over how you live each day.

Today’s Baby Boomers want to age well without compromising on lifestyle. That is why we insisted on luxury, resort-style amenities directly built into the foundation of our model.

Current and future Grandton locations will feature premium 5-star amenities, allowing you to enjoy a vibrant resort lifestyle right from home.

Some of the features at Grandton include:

• Outdoor Space and Gardens

• Heated indoor swimming pool

• Gym and Yoga Studio

• In-house cinema

• Lobby Lounge

• A Café

• Dedicated enrichment activity spaces

• BBQ and outdoor terrace

We knew this was important because several Grandton Limited Directors are Baby Boomers themselves. Combining our deep industry experience with first-hand knowledge of what Baby Boomers actually want, we designed a community where you can immerse yourself in world-class amenities, right on your doorstep.

Or you can easily step out into the surrounding neighbourhood, just as you have done for your whole life.
