Grandton Model

The Grandton Model puts your life, and your home, first. Following the success of the first Grandton Model development in Applecross, every Grandton apartment will be purposefully crafted, offering premium locations and high-quality architectural design.

We facilitate an innovative apartment lifestyle, that adapts to your needs while fostering genuine human connection. Residents enjoy the privacy of their own home, backed by a warm community of neighbours and dedicated staff, whenever they choose to engage.

Our model facilitates the ability to keep partners together as long as possible, welcomes visiting family and friends, and empowers residents to stay connected on their own terms.

Combining adaptable living spaces with dedicated wellness and recreational facilities, Grandton’s model gives the opportunity to live well as you age.

Grandton Apartments are purposely designed to be more spacious than traditional apartment offerings. Grandton Apartments are designed to adapt to residents changing health and lifestyle needs over time, meaning residents at a Grandton Model development have the opportunity to stay at home, for the longest time possible.

Importantly, our residents are able to live with privacy at their home, whilst accessing the services they need through a range of providers.

Our architecturally designed apartments are innovative in the way they combine beautiful finishes, state of the art technology and service efficiency for a world-class living experience. Grandton residents will feel secure in the knowledge they can live their lives to the full in their own apartment home.

The Grandton Model can be enjoyed in one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive penthouse suites, all with generous living areas.

Grandton bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, to facilitate the delivery of personal and clinical care services when required.

There are extensive outdoor and indoor entertaining areas for residents to enjoy, either on their own or with family and friends.
